Standard Locking System

• Front Door-fivelever mortise deadlock, secrurity chain, viewer, gold anodised letter box, door handle and hinge bolts, 1½ pair hinges.
• Rear Door-1½ pair hinges, plus 2 hinge bolts, 5 lever mortise deadlock, starbolts to top and bottom, Vandalite security glazing where required, all meeting "Secure by Design" standards. Hardware/Ironmongery.

Glazing-

• Vandalite glazing to BS5544.

Door Sizes-

• 1956mm to 1976mm high, 825mm to 836mm wide. Smaller sizes are available on request.

Frame Sizes-

• 2027mm to 2047mm high, 911mm to 922mm wide. Larger sizes are available on request.

Fire Resistance-

• 1 hour, rated to BS476 part 22.

Thermal Conductivity-

• 0.64Wm°C

Cills-

• 25mm anodised cill available, or low door threshhold can be supplied.

Standard Colours-

• Blue, Red, Brown, White and Green.

Options-

• Any B.S, Ral colour and colours are solid through and resistant to scratching.

Seals-

• All doors come complete with built-in weather strip.

Weather Testing-

• Air permeability 600pa
• Water tightness 300pa
• Wind resistance 1600pa

Life Expectancy-

Door Weight-

• To 50kg dependant on style.

Maitenance-

• Oil hardware regularly, wipe door and frame with clean damp cloth.
